We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry, discuss your kitchen and manage any resulting project. This may include your name, email address, Instagram handle, city and project details. You can share kitchen photos through Instagram; this website form does not accept attachments.
Website enquiries
On the live website, your enquiry is saved privately on our website hosting account and an email notification is sent to Constanta Group so Konstantin can follow up. Enquiries are not published on the website. Our hosting and email providers process this information to provide those services. Your enquiry may still be saved if its email notification fails.
Please do not include payment details, identification documents or other sensitive information in your enquiry.
Keeping your information
Enquiries are retained for follow-up and any resulting project records. You can ask us to correct or delete your information. Records needed for an active project or required business recordkeeping may need to be kept. Deleted records may remain in provider backups until those backups expire.
Website and third-party services
This website does not use advertising trackers or embedded Instagram feeds. YouTube videos load only when you choose to play them. Playing a video or following a YouTube or Instagram link connects you to that service, where its own privacy policies apply. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the website. The enquiry form also uses temporary, hashed network identifiers to limit spam attempts.
